so we will work with you and your team first on identifying and analysing the risks. 

Once identified and assessed, decisions need to be made to avoid, mitigate and accept, and finally manage and transfer the risks.  A variety of risk assessment services can help and if needed, we will engage the services of third parties, or work with your own advisors to ensure that your business is not being hampered by avoidable issues.  By doing so we strive to minimise the risks and transfer only what is necessary reducing costs as well as claims.

In addition to handling the claims, we can workshop claims scenarios and in the unfortunate event of a policy coverage dispute, we represent your interests and have specialists to assist.

With global expansion, comes global legal, regulatory, fiscal and taxation compliance.  We have over a decade of experience with global programs ensuring compliance and the ability to manage it all from head office.

OPERATION RISK ASSESSMENT

Enterprise wide risk assessment using comprehensive tools and best practice benchmarking to review risks and provide a mitigation plan.  We also review the business interruption sum insured.

RISK ENGINEERING

For complex operations we have risk engineers that we utilise to assess individual situations and specific risks providing assessment reports, guidance and benchmarking.

CONTRACT RISK ANALYSIS

We aim to provide an informed understanding of how your insurance policies may respond to contracts and if your insurance policies are compliant with contracts that require insurance.

INSURANCE PROGRAM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN

Industry specific policies have created large gaps for modern companies and thus detailed analysis is needed and the creation of bespoke amendments to ensure correct coverage.

CYBER RISK ASSESSMENT AND TRAINING

We work with your own external or internal IT to ensure that their hard work is not being undermined by lack of engagement within the organisation.  We look at many of the non IT exposures to build resilience.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RISK ASSESSMENT

Working with IP specialists we work to identify and mitigate IP risks as much as possible.  Whilst insurance provides a great safety net, this risk is best dealt with proactively with mitigation plans.

MERGER AND ACQUISITION INSURANCE DUE DILIGENCE

Full lifecycle insurance program support.  We can undertake a Pre-Acquisition review and risk analysis  to uncover issues; a Post-Acquisition integration review and Exit phase Run-off and/or IPO risk mitigation.
